Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
We ship to all emirates across the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 7–12 business days
- Other Emirates (Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain): 8–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders — the applicable threshold will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online.
Customs & Duties
All prices displayed on Twirly include UAE VAT (5%). No additional customs duties apply for orders delivered within the UAE.
