We've lived with cats, dogs, birds, and rescues. We've moved homes more times than we can count — and through every transition, our animals came with us. New environments, new routines, new challenges. The fur on everything. The products that promised everything and delivered nothing. The money wasted on things that looked good on a screen and fell apart in real life.

After years of searching, buying, testing, and being disappointed, we started asking a different question. Not "what's popular?" — but "what actually works?"

That question became Twirly.

Behind Twirly, there are two of us — a couple who share their home, their life, and yes, a lot of pet hair — and who decided to build the store we always wished existed.

We're not a catalogue. We're not an algorithm picking products based on margins. We select every product we carry with one filter in mind: would we trust this with our own animals?

If the answer isn't a clear yes, it doesn't make the cut.

Yes, we're building a business. But we're building it around something genuine — lived experience, honest curation, and a real obsession with finding pet care solutions that make life better for animals and their owners.
